Criteria:

- Current or former teen mother

- 25 years old or younger at time of application

- Raising or actively involved in their child’s life (defined by regular support and care of your child)

- US Citizen or legal US Resident

- Resident of St. Mary’s County, MD

- Currently attending or planning to attend college starting in the Fall semester and seeking an undergraduate two or four-year degree

- Enroll in a minimum of 6 credits each semester

What to Expect:

- Individual and Group Sessions

- Topics to include: Parenting, Goal Setting, Time Management, Organization, Health & Wellness, Healthy Relationships and other topics as requested

- Assist in the development of an Individual Development Plan (IDP)

- Assist in overcoming stumbling blocks
